Although it’s “Pizza Friday” in our house tonight, sometimes it’s “Fish & Chip Friday” and other times it’s BOTH! Because my daughter says she looks forward to Pizza Friday all week long and she shouldn’t have to suffer because Dad want’s fish, I guess today is going to be a “Both” day! 🙂 And because “Dad” can’t have it by itself and NEEDS homemade coleslaw and tarter sauce and biscuits, I gotta run because I also have to make homemade dough and let it rise!

But before I go let me recap you about my Indian Inspired meatloaf…all I can say is it was absolutely delicious! The mashed potatoes were so yummy with turmeric & yogurt and I made a sauce for the meat out of Sriracha, ketchup & grape jelly and it rocked! And I love the smell of the spices in the house long after the dish is made.

Getting back to “Summer on my Mind” and my New England Fish & Chip Dinner, nothing would go better with it than my “Summer Blue Wine!” It’s soooo yummy and I prefer the “Salt” better than the sugar.
