TGIF! Looking forward to warmer days on my walking path in Rocky Point with the sun beating down and the refreshing ocean breezes! It’s only a dream right now because today it’s FREEZING in New England! But last night I was warmed by my vindaloo inspired chicken and white rice! I’m on Indian spice overload, I just can’t get enough of it!

Well, it’s FRIDAY, and pizza and a movie in our house tonight. I’m making mine with some homemade fresh pesto, chicken, and sun-dried tomatoes so I’m off to raise some dough and simmer some sauce.
