I’m trying very hard to catch the Spring fever that some are so fortunate to have. Us in New England on the other hand, had a band of snow yesterday and last evening with frigid temperatures that make it hard to believe Spring is really here. I think I speak for all of us when I say we are OVER the snow already! All I could do was “dream” of warmer garden weather as I played around with some graphics and planned my spring/ summer garden on my PC yesterday instead (as I watched the snow fall).

I can’t wait to grow my herb garden this year and put in both rosemary and thyme bushes. I’m going to a garden nursery to buy already established rose and hydrangea bushes to add to it so I will have fresh cuttings to bring inside this summer. I can smell it now….as my furnace just turned on! Lol.

Well it’s Friday and you know the routine in our house, homemade pizzas and movie night but how about THIS for lunch? Because, THIS is Spring in New England! 🙂
