I have missed you all very much!
Unfortunately, I have been gone due to experiencing a few years of homelessness. It was an experience I will never forget and will share with you from time to time in future posts. It has humbled us and for me, I promised myself I would get back to my Blog and cooking and all the other stuff that makes me happy in my home (decorating and such) once I got into one again.
We found a “steppingstone” apartment for now that is serving us well at the moment. I am still yet to get a place to plant my herb garden filled with rosemary and thyme, but I am exploring creating an indoor herb container garden. After all the kitchens I have had, this one is the tiniest but very mighty and I LOVE the very tall ceilings. It’s loft like! It’s also kitchen chaos at the moment (there is another side to it), but I have PLANS! You know I will share in the near future.
Let me get back in order and welcome you all back to my first post of the week, Coffee Cup Mondays. For all you New followers on FB and WP, I usually post on Mondays and Fridays each week. On Mondays I usually recap the weekend over a cup of some kind of coffee or tea and depending on the time, maybe some wine! So today I’d like to share with you my newest Tea Obsession! This assortment is my favorite right now. I add a sliced piece of ginger and honey to my cup with any bag I choose. I have a cup every morning to start my day. Today I have the Acai Berry and it is delicious! You can’t beat the price, 6 boxes of 18-20 tea bags (116 tea bags total) for $19.99!

And to all my “Fall/Pumpkin Everything Lovers” I created this coffee due to my daughter visiting the coffee shops way too often for way too much money. So, skip the expensive coffee shops and make your own iced (or hot) pumpkin spice coffee at home! Just add Pumpkin Pie Spice to your Coffee Grounds before brewing! Refrigerate the cooled coffee and pour into your travel mug the next morning with any additional flavor ‘pumps’ like my Skinny Vanilla, add some whipped cream and go! Saves lots of money and time. And if you use a sweetener, try Sweet Drops in Pumpkin Spice Flavor to add even MORE pumpkin.

Well, it’s SO good to be back! It couldn’t come at a better time, Football Season! We are big foodies and love football, so I have a lot of great stuff coming your way. Looking forward to seeing you on Friday! Be sure to like this post, share with friends and most of all, Enjoy!
