Tiny home living; gourmet kitchen

Welcome to another Blog post! You all that know me, know I have been really into the Tiny House movement! I binge watch them also and I am in love with one presently. I added a link to the one I love on YouTube.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

So, that is a kitchen in a tiny home above. Honestly, it’s all you need. I would add a small island on wheels with a countertop cooking burner for cooking.

Some people go tiny and never want to cook again and are fine with a microwave. Some want the house on wheels so they can tow it and “live” anywhere their rig takes them. It’s all a matter of personal preference.

Menu

Potpie Cups

Chicken pot-pies in a short coffee cup with carrots, celery, onion, diced chicken, herbs and spice and good chicken stock made with Knorr. Great lunch idea especially if you make ahead and freeze them, then just pop them in the oven before lunch. Serve with an arugula salad.

Italian Grinder

Italian meats and cheeses on toasted Italian bread, sub sauce, mayo, hot peppers, pickles, lettuce, tomato, slivered onions, and oregano. An easy dinner when you are busy moving, serve with some chips and a seltzer.

Celebration Dinner

Grilled steak, baked stuffed shrimp, lobster ravioli, crusty bread and wine. A MUST dinner once you are all moved in and settled and rested. Congratulations to YOU!
