We are into our 2nd week of Road Tripping! I hope you are enjoying learning about great places to visit for good food in the New England area, as we are just getting started let’s head to Cape Cod! I grew up in Cape Cod as a kid well into my teens I spend all my summers there as my family is from there. We had some great, fun times and it’s still my favorite place of all.
One of our Favorite places to go is to South Cape Resort & Club! It’s great because it’s a time share community, but they rent it out as well. We always get a great unit; it’s fully stocked with everything you need including laundry in your condo. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool, activities, some units have a fireplace, and others have a jacuzzi tub. All you have to do is bring yourself and groceries. I love the fact that I can cook my own food and go out to dinner one night for a special treat before heading back home. We usually go for a 4-day 3-night getaway when we can. We haven’t been in years understandably but can’t wait to be able to go again soon. A 2- bedroom unit sleeps 6 people so you can see how inexpensive it will be. Check out the slide show below then check out their website: SOUTH CAPE RESORT
The Dolphin: Website
When we stayed at South Cape the very first time many years ago, we went on a Road Trip ourselves and we came across The Dolphin and we were soooo glad we did!! It was such a wonderful experience that I wanted to move there permanently! I knew that if we had, I would be calling the Dolphin on Fridays to see if my husband was at the bar having a Sam Adams and a Crown Royal or better yet, he would be calling to see if my daughter and I were there drinking wine with the locals! It was a great restaurant! Take a look and I will tell you what we had while there. 1st Slide Show is of the Restaurant, 2nd Slide Show is some of the Food.
