September Vibes
I truly love the change of seasons in New England; I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. As you all know, Fall is my favorite time of year, and it starts with September. I love the whole change in TV scheduling, commercials, food choices, sweaters and scented candles, falling leaves and foliage. I love the change in air and the position of the sun, it filters daylight differently as it grows further away from the earth. It’s my season and I love it.
Study
If you are a student, I am sure any of these desks would appeal to you. I love the fold down style (it’s like an old ironing board cabinet in old kitchens, I used to have one when I was a kid), when you are done, fold up the mess and it’s out of sight.
There’s nothing better than a desk in front of the window so you can see the weather changes. I would personally love working there as it would inspire me a great deal especially in Fall, my season.

The 2-in-1 desk option is something I have done before in one of the houses we lived in. I used an old bedroom door as my counter top for the desk. My daugter would love this now so we could play The Sims together, an old favorite of both of ours. It really is a great design even if you multi task and use one side for crafting and the other to Blog or game.

Work Desks

Ultimate Desk
So, this desk and room setup is my ultimate favorite right now! I love EVERYTHING about it; rug, wallpaper, fireplace, throw on hassock and of course the desk and chair. I feel a work area make-over coming!

Closet Desk
I have actually made an office in a double closet in a condo we rented at one time. it was the ultimate work area! I remember the cable guys face when I told him I needed a cable outlet put in the closet for internet. So funny!

Anywhere Desk
The above desk shows you that there is always room for desk/ work area! All you need is a wall space, or half wall as above. Even in a hallway there is possibility to have a workspace. An enclosed 4 seasons room or an attic that has space or a corner in a basement would serve well.
I hope these give you some ideas to create a study/ workspace. Check out:

And checkout local secondhand stores for desks and chairs. I’m sure you can find something similar. Happy studying and creating!
