Happy Monday! I’m Blogging today but I’m really not here (love the new scheduled post feature in Word Press) because I am in a class training for customer service for a large company and the best part is that I can work in my own private office but I can’t do two things at once so I won’t be able to be here with you on Coffee Cup Mondays for a while. I WILL be having my cup in my office though as the Blog posts magically. 🙂

Starting this new job will be great but I will be at my desk for 4 hours straight at a time and I’m thinking of portable but quiet snacks.  Problem is, when “I” think snacks, I’m more on the line of little hors’ doeuvres like mini quiche and mini eggrolls.  And they are also good at room temperature so I might have to take a few of those with me to my office. This line of thinking of COURSE set me in a direction of what to do with my warming tray. My sister Shawnn Monteiro  bought me a great buffet warming dish (she’s always picking me up something from her many travels and she knows how much I love cooking so it’s usually something related to the kitchen) and it doubles as a warming tray as well! Take a look:

I LOVE it! I love the fact that is is duel purpose, just don’t exactly know how I am going to use the warming tray. Now I KNOW it will be great to keep serving platters or dishes warm but you know ME- I MUST find a way to use it UN-traditionally. I’ll get back to you when I do!
